How about this for a tiny house?!?
Great hunting cabin, tool shed, garden shed.

12’? x 16’ with an 8’ loft.

Frame cut from rough sawn Hemlock and Red Oak (braces) with antique purlins. Weathered finish.

Simple dropped tie frame with a wedged dovetail tying joint.
Pegged mortise and tenon frame.

Not an antique but cut the same way!

I receive lots of inquiries regarding this frame. ? Figure $11,500 for this frame assembled on your prepared foundation. ?(which could simply be a wood deck over rocks or a concrete slab). ? A bit pricey for a small footprint, but there is a lot of joinery in this little frame!

This is the display in front of my Fryeburg shop. ?Come by and have a look at 417 Portland Street, Fryeburg, Maine. ? I would cut a new one for you.
